AutoComLink installation instructions.
First thing to do is print this page so you can read the instructions as you do the installation.
To install AutoComLink start by running windows update on your computer.
To do this click on your "start menu" button and select the "setting" tab then "window update". Follow the instructions and complete the update.
After windows update is finished click on the link at the bottom of this page for the file to start downloading.
Select "save" then choose "save in desktop" and wait for the download to complete.
Go to your desktop, there you will find the icon "Ez2Linksetup".
Click this icon and follow the directions.
When you are asked for your 10 digit serial number (provided by Western Bearing) type it in the box and press ok.
Wait for the program to download and install files. When it is done downloading the program will be open.
Do your first parts look up. Click the "F1" button, select year, make, model, category, then parts group.
Once you have selected year, make, model, category, and parts group you will come to the screen that lists quantity available and price. At the bottom left corner of that screen there is a "auto price and availability" box. Ensure it is checked.
